My Story

In the first picture, I weighed 18 stone. I achieved this through a cycle of yo-yo dieting, counting calories, and trying fad diets. However, the picture on the right reflects my freedom from all of those things, including food tracking. I started Vital Nutrition to assist people who find themselves in the same position as I did. If you are someone who is stuck counting calories and not seeing results, or you've lost weight but can't seem to keep it off, it's not your fault. Hormones play a significant role in our weight, and calorie-counting diets only work in the short term. It is challenging to maintain the weight loss achieved through such diets. If you've experienced this, you know what I mean. I hold several qualifications recognised by prestigious organizations like the Association for Nutrition (AfN) and I am a Member of The Royal Society of Public Health, currently studying A Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition. I am enthusiastic about nutrition, our bodies, and whole foods. I am excited to join you on your journey and help change your life.
